Steve Jobs

The Luminary, Steve Jobs

As a technology lover, start-up founder/evangelist, serial entrepreneur, business consultant/enthusiast, and general geek when need be, today’s passing of Steve Jobs, has a profound effect on me today both in honor of a true luminary in the industry, but for the life and directions Steve Jobs chose even under the most difficult situations – how anything is possible with perseverance.

I have always lived life on _my_ terms and I consult with friends, family, associates, and strangers daily on how to accomplish this seemingly impossible task and there is really nothing more eloquent than the unyielding perfectionist Steve Jobs’ quote:

Your time is limited, so don’t waste it… Don’t be trapped by dogma… have the courage to follow your heart and intuition.

So on this evening, raise a glass to life and in honor of an amazing visionary – salut.

If you care to read about what some of the awesomest people on the planet had to say about Steve Jobs – read them here at MacRumors.
Note: if you are a non-tech friend of mine and don’t necessarily know much about Steve Jobs I encourage you to Google Steve Jobs (or click the link and I’ll help ya).
